Sarah Cloud, FNP-C (she/her)

Sarah Cloud (she/her) is a dedicated primary care provider and LGBTQ+ healthcare advocate based in Atlanta. With degrees in Art History and Nursing from Georgia State University, and a master's degree in Nursing from Brenau University, she brings a unique blend of expertise and empathy to every patient interaction. 

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys cooking, entertaining, and exploring new destinations with family and friends. She is a wife, mother to an incredible kid, and dog mom to a little, old dog named Frank.

Since joining Druid Hills Primary Care in December 2023, Sarah has been committed to providing inclusive and comprehensive healthcare services. As an active member of the American Academy of HIV Medicine (AAHIVM), World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH), and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), she continues to advocate for equitable healthcare and aims to create a welcoming and affirming space where everyone can access the care they deserve.
